Over the course of 10 seasons , the folks at Mystery Science Theater 3000 mocked almost 200 movies . The films were defective , but watchably bad thanks in part to commentary from the show ’s trio of B-complex vitamin - movie snarkers . During the second time of year of MST3 K they get the rights to a picture that they had only skimmed a part of . When they sit down to write the show , they get word that there was a violent colza scene towards the end . The movie , Sidehackers , stayed in , and the cast just had to explain to the interview why the female wind suddenly disappeared .
