And while the race was scheduled to draw from 7 am to 7 pm , or exact voting hours , Nevins asserted that his intent was never to stop likely - popular voters from reaching the polls . It seems likely the honest people of Broward County decided they ’d had enough of Nevins ’ crazy horseshit . The sheriff ’s office answer to his car race request with a foresightful list of necessary licence and Nevins later on withdrew it .
