By the Hoary Hosts of Hoggoth,Doctor Strange‘s Fight Scenes Look Spectacular

If we can expect nothing else from Doctor Strange , we can expect it to look absolutely incredible .

I ’ve not been too impressed with what Doctor Strange has shown off so far — it feel like its idea of “ goddamn weird ” was unlike to the “ goddamn uncanny ” I wanted , what with its Inception - atomic number 39 folding construction approach to magic . That feeling was alleviated a little when theyreleased some delightfully trippy guesswork of Strange floating around in the mystical ether , but any dubiousness I had about the film ’s visual approach to thaumaturgy just got swept aside like the Winds of Watoomb with this new clip .

Debuting onMashable , the succession take care Strange ’s Sanctum Sanctorum fall under attack from Kaecilius ’ forces and … it ’s just kind of wondrous .

You ’d usually expect Doctor Strange to be the sort of guy to toss away bolts of magic trick from afar in combat , but there ’s something really kinetic and acute about these fights that really work . intermix that with the wall - flipping stunting and rooms stretching and expurgate mid - Salmon Portland Chase , there ’s some bloody coolheaded stuff going on here that I was n’t really expecting at all . Even the body fluid , like one of Strange ’s wards failing present moment after he attempt to look like a badass drift it , is well done .

All in good order , Mr. Strange , you ’ve got my tending . Now just to look for the movie to add up out in a few weeks , on November 4 .
