We ’ve all had flying toys that do n’t actually fly . From little canister planes to hulking Millennium Falcon replicas , it ’s playfulness to suppose if the miniature worked like the material thing . Well , one anonymous quadcopter enthusiast did n’t imagine with his new Hasbro First Order Special Forces TIE Fighter . He made it fly .
A mysterious tinker that goes by woodpiece on Imgurrecently uploaded a photo setshowing how he convert the new Hasbro toy into a operational quadcopter . The process in reality seems to be pretty simple , though it does involve some drilling and a 3D printer . Otherwise , the Star Wars enthusiast simply strapped a couple of rotor munition to the toy and cut out a one-armed bandit on the radiator so that the propellors could reel .
The depiction are n’t nearly as impressive as the picture , however . All this little guy rope need now is some gunman , and it can defendthis massive , homemade Star Destroyer bourdon .
