A Toronto local is know up the “ Neighborhood Watch ” placards of the city . Andrew Lamb ’s affixing superheroes , action mechanism adept , and everything else under the sun to the signs . Who ’d mess with the neighborhood protect by Buffy ?
Lamb ( not his real name ) says that he was just revolutionise by the signs , tellingCBC :
I walked by and thought those sign would be much adept with a superhero up there . The first one was a splash page — a usual thing in comic books , a bunch of superheros popping out at you . Then came Batman and Robin , RoboCop , Beverly Hills Cop , and then it snowballed .

Each image is unique to its neighborhood and is create by Lamb affixing a print - out to the existing planetary house . He does this in broad daytime , even though he ’s aware that it ’s technically hooliganism . But , he points out , a kinder , gentler variety :
What I ’m doing is technically illegal , but I do n’t feel it ’s ethically or virtuously wrong . So there might be a fine some twenty-four hours but I kind of feel like that ’s money well expend . I ’m not that worried about it .
… I hope it ’s just unwritten nostalgia and happiness , The kind of vandalism you could bestow home to mummy .

The signs are documented atLamb ’s Instagram accountand the sheer breadth of them is impressive . [ viaComic Book Resources ]
